(Adapted to the time zone of Spain)
On (SPAIN) the sixth of February of the year 1966 another three of our OAWOOLEA UEWA OEMM (1) (Spacecraft) of the OMWEA UMMO type
arrived on Planet EARTH, each crewed by eight technicians and with capacity for four more travellers.
Contact with the terrestrial terrain was recorded at the following points:
2 COMRADES: Near Yerevan 18 h. 47 m. (Spanish time)
6 km from the river Araks. (Soviet territory).
2 COMRADES: Near Madrid 20 h. 02 m. (Ditto)
(Spanish Territory)
3 COMRADES Near Townsville. 22 h. 45 m. (Spanish time)
(Queensland) Australian territory
The terrestrial reactions recorded by our detection and information service have been the following:
U. R. S. S.
A confidential report sent by the Yerevan authorities to the Soviet Academy of Sciences, based on the testimony of several peasants, a press photographer who managed to capture the image of our spacecraft, and two engineers on duty at the Ivenopra radar base who were eyewitnesses of our arrival.
The Soviet press has kept silent about the event.
SPAIN
Several men from the settlements of Casilda de los Bustos, Aluche (settlement C) and the Aviation estate witnessed our arrival. The official bodies of the Spanish capital received on 6 and 7 February a host of requests for an interpretation of the phenomenon observed, and a confidential note was sent by the Air Ministry to the Aeroclub. The press published vague reports with naive descriptions by the witnesses.
AUSTRALIA
The federal police and a commission from the geological section of the University of Brisbane went to Worth hill, where a farming couple observed “a disturbing meteorological phenomenon” (in their own words).
Two local newspapers published brief notes reporting the fall of a large meteorite.
This UMMOAELEWE OAE TERROEWAEM officially informs the recipients of this report that the mission entrusted to this new group of UMMO comrades by the Governing Council of UMMO
is, like ours, purely one of study and analysis, at a time when Earth is achieving new successes in the exploration of the cosmos.
